McClerklin's Electrical Services offers a comprehensive range of electrical solutions, including but not limited to:

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. Invoices not settled within 30 days may incur a late fee. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before commencement.

4. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. All services are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not extend to:

Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized alterations
Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not addressed during our service
Components or materials supplied by the client

5. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days. While we strive for accuracy, unforeseen circumstances may lead to additional costs. Any changes will be communicated promptly, and work will proceed upon client approval.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide access to the worksite during agreed-upon hours
Ensure the worksite is safe and free from hazards
Inform us of any known issues or concerns related to the electrical system

7. Liability

McClerklin's Electrical Services is insured and adheres to all local regulations. We are not liable for:

Delays caused by factors beyond our control
Indirect or consequential damages resulting from our services
Issues arising from third-party interference or subsequent modifications

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Columbia, SC.
